Hi Christopher! You're on your own to get advice on finding pinball in Berkshire. I am thousands of miles away. 
There is no "best pinball machine," as there is no "best" car or "Best" food or "best" anything – it's a matter of personal preference. In relative terms, the best selling pinball last Addams Family, but that was 16 years ago. Pinball emulators: Basically, this means one of several versions of PinMAME. Check their installation guide it requires very little computer knowledge and takes you step by step. Good luck!
